- This renovation of the Pearl Hotel in Crete was divided by two smaller projects, one about the redesign of the hotel’s restaurant indoor and outdoor and the other about the rebuilt of the pool bar-restaurant.
Both where inspired of the magnificent landscape of the hotel and
generally of the Rethymnon surroundings. The goal was to keep the traditional elements of the Cretan architecture with the stone building material and the spectacular arches adding the new
in architecture today. We reformed the double roof of the outdoor
restaurant that looked like an old greenhouse and we added customade metal at the glassy shell shaped like big leaves. For the indoor restaurant we create an arched scenery at the walls emphasize it with hiddenlighting.
